The Purpose Driven Church (a critique)

This link here http://www.webtruth.org/articles/church-issues-30/the-purpose-driven-church-(a-critique)-59.html is a testament in itself against those in the body of Christ who support the Church Growth movement that is championed by Rick Warren.  It should also serve as a warning, as well as an instruction for the ignorant believer who is prone to the deception of such a movement.


I am making this plea as a result of having a certain priviledge of observing the goings-on through the posts of fellow members of Multiply here.  I humbly submit it to God for His Spirit to work through the reading and understanding of the contents of this post, for the conviction of the intended souls here, that their hearts may be broken, and that their minds may be opened and renewed in their thinking over such a matter.

This is the latest incarnation of the US Army Tactical Missile System, a guided surface-to-surface artillery rocket system that exceeds the range of the Multiple Launch Rocket System (MLRS) by four times (in excess of 200 km). This latest version incorporates modifications to the flight dynamics and rocket trajectory, as well as enhanced target accuracy for application in urban warfare environments, allowing the rocket to achieve a precision strike by impacting its target in a near-vertical angle of attack, thus minimising collateral damage. This new system capability provides an added dimension to the options available to soldiers and commanders in the field in the engagement of high-value, time-sensitive targets that are surrounded by clutter such as civilian personnel and structures.
