The Politics of Fame (and Fortune) Versus the Polemics of Governance (and Government)
I think the title sums up, in a nutshell, all that has transpired and been revealed publicly in the course of the latest spat between the two most prominent and reknown politicians and their two most bitter and resentful rivals. http://www.straitstimes.com/Free/Story/STIStory_241413.html Clearly, there should be no question as to who can ever be innocent in this case. There are no saints in this discourse. When the bigwigs avail themselves in their personal capacities, and at the same time have no regard whatsoever to relinquish themselves of their assumed positions of moral character, to the extent of heaping upon layers of legal armour - that is serious cause for warranting the public disdain of their conduct, and much less of those of lesser means.
